DIY: April's Baby Shower

A few weeks ago I helped planned April's baby shower (Andy's sister). Linda, did such an amazing job organizing, planning, and decorating for the party. Here are a few of the pictures I captured that day!

I was in charge of games. We played "name that Stache" and "Name the Baby" (since April & Joel wanted to keep the baby's name a secret). I also planned a Onesie Decorating Station. We got the onesies at Target and everything else at Joann's Fabric Store.
I decided to have materials for three "craft levels".
1. Easy: Stamps! Grab some stamps and Fabric Ink Dye and TA DA
2. Medium: Stencils! Joann's had two packets of small stencils in the sewing area. One were animals, robots, cars, flowers and the other packet were letter stencils. I got both. + all kinds of different Fabrics. So that people would trace the stencil, and then use fabric glue to attach it to the onesie.
3. Hard: Free Style! Create your own design

Make sure to always have a piece of cardboard in between the onesie.
If you have any questions on how to make your own onesie station contact me!

wait till you see the maternity pics Andy and I captured!

Friends + Fashion: Rosany

Rosany is the sweetest and most humble person I know. She always has something sweet to say! It's contagious! One of the many reasons why I love Rosany's style is because it is very simple & laid back. Not only does she rock the jean vest look (which everyone already knows that I love) but I also love how she can pull this look together in two seconds and still look perfect.
She cut her hair a few months ago, and her new do looks amazing! If only I could rock the short hair like she does!
Thanks Rosany for having awesome style!

Photo Adventure: Robert is Here

You know it's going to be a good day when your husband wakes you up on a Saturday morning proclaiming he wants to go out and do something. I quickly jumped out of bed (literally), ironed my very wrinkly Cotton On dress, and we headed out. Andy mentioned going to "Robert is Here"fruit stand, and I agreed since I had never really been there.
This place is so fun! Not only do they sell fresh veggies & fruits, they also have milkshakes & smoothies! They have a wide variety of yummy flavors! I had the banana-strawberry smoothie and Andy had the banana one. Can't wait to go back soon!

Had I moved slightly to the left, the picture below would have been extremely awkward!

Till the next photo adventure!
